Negotiations Update 4-23-24

The District and CSEA Bargaining Teams met for a second negotiation session and reached Tentative Agreements on the following articles:
Article IV Performance Evaluation
Article V Hours and Overtime, Section 5.10 Recess Assignments
Article VI Pay and Allowances, Section 6.15 Classification
Article XV Layoff and Reemployment
We discussed and made progress on language in other sections of Article V and Article VI. When we meet again on June 6, 2024, we will be prepared to continue negotiating on language items and have a more extensive conversation regarding the compensation package.
