Fingerprint Information

Eureka City Schools will reimburse you for the fingerprint expense if you return the receipt back to the Personnel Office.

STEP 1:  Eureka City Schools

An appointment is necessary. Please make an appointment with the Personnel Department,
441-2417.  During your appointment you will to complete various hire forms and a short Live Scan form for the fingerprints.  Please bring your completed application, your driver’s license, your Social Security card (so we can make a true copy), your TB clearance (within the past 60 days for initial hiring), and, if required, your Paraprofessional Certificate or Teaching Credential/Emergency Permit, and any other certificates and information required for that position.

STEP 2:  Printing Location(s)

Go to one of the fingerprinting locations in Humboldt County.  (A few sites are listed below for your convenience.)

No appointment is necessary for the printing process.  You will give them the Live Scan form and they will perform the scan of your fingertips.  You must have photo identification with you.  The printing fee ranges depending on where you print. Their fingerprinting schedules and prices may change, so you might call and confirm their current hours and pricing. Eureka City Schools will reimburse you for this expense if you bring a receipt back to the Personnel Office.

You are not eligible to start with Eureka City Schools until your prints have cleared and all other paperwork is completed and you have been cleared to begin.
