The District and CSEA met for the first day of 2024-2027 contract negotiations on Friday, March 29, 2024.
The parties exchanged several proposals and shared ideas on a number of articles, including the following:

Article IV Performance Evaluations
Article V Hours and Overtime
Article VI Pay and Allowances
Article VIII Health and Welfare
Article XI Leaves
Article XII Transfers
Article XV Layoff and Reemployment
Article XVI Discipline
Tentative Agreements were reached on Article I Parties to the Agreement and Article XII Transfers.
Negotiations will continue on April 23, 2024, when the parties meet for a second day of negotiations.
