The Humboldt - Del Norte Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) would like to invite the community & parents to attend a very important parent presentation. This presentation will offer strategies and techniques that support parents in becoming effective advocates for their children while building positive and cooperative working relationships with school staff and service providers.
