NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Hearing to Receive Public Comment on ETA/ECS Interests for Negotiating Changes to the Collective Bargaining Agreement

At their regularly scheduled meeting on February 25, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., the Eureka City Schools Governing Board will hold a public hearing to receive public comment (submitted via email) on the Eureka Teachers Association interests and Eureka City Schools interests in negotiating changes to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between Eureka City Schools Governing Board and Eureka Teachers Association.

Instructions on Public Comments for the Virtual Meeting: You can submit public comment for
the meeting by emailing Eureka City Schools at publiccomment@eurekacityschools.org before
the meeting starts. Comments must include the agenda item number in the subject line of the
email and if you want your comment to be read during the meeting, it MUST be under 500
words — which would take about three minutes to read. (If the comment is not under 500
words, it will not be read during the meeting.) Note: Public comments must be submitted prior
to the start of the meeting in order to be read.
